Good news to report that the woman and her son in need of housing were able to secure a place to call home.
Some of you may have read on the front page of the News Gazette today about the fire that left a couple with nothing but the clothes on their back. Stay tuned for details on their needs both immediate and long term.

One of the tenants has gotten in touch so far. She is grateful for any help. So far church members have provided her with sheets, pillows, 1 blanket, and a couple towels. She has nothing in her kitchen at this point--dishes, cups, silverware would be appreciated. I'll keep in touch if I hear from others that have been affected by the fire. Thanks!
